Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment by our fulfillment partners. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier, weekends, and holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on applicable shipping settings, order weight, fulfillment location, and destination.

Orders containing jewelry from different suppliers or warehouses may ship separately and incur individual shipping charges.

Estimated Shipping Times

Standard shipping estimates vary depending on where your jewelry is fulfilled:

  • US warehouse products: Approximately 2–5 business days.

  • Overseas warehouse products: Approximately 5–10 business days.

  • Select overseas products: Approximately 15–20 business days.

These are general estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing times and unexpected carrier delays may affect arrival dates. The delivery estimate displayed at checkout may differ by order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible US destinations supported by our shipping settings and fulfillment partners.

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout. Certain destinations, including US territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, may be restricted.

Multiple Shipments

Because Svssy Dolphyn works with different fulfillment partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided through your shipment confirmation or order updates.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@svssydolphyn.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Our team will review the situation and, when appropriate, coordinate with the fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to determine a resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently available.
